Chief Master Sergeant Vicky Olivera Chief Master Sergeant Vicky Olivera is the Senior Enlisted Leader for Space Delta 18 (National Space Intelligence Center) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. She is the principal advisor to the Commander on all matters affecting the welfare, readiness, morale, health, professional development and proper utilization of 450 Total Force Airmen assigned to two squadrons and three geographically separated operating locations. These forces conduct space and counter-space operations in support of the National Space Intelligence Center and the United States Space Force in order to protect space assets and collection capabilities to conduct intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance for the Department of the Air Force and the joint warfighter.
