Space Delta 3 – Space Electronic Warfare (SEW)
Space Delta 3 (DEL 3) trains, and presents operations combat-ready Space Electronic Warfare (SEW) forces in support of assigned missions.
HISTORY
Space Delta 3, formally the 721st Operations Group, was re-designated during a ceremony July 24, 2020 at Peterson-Schriever Garrison, Colorado. Del 3 is headquartered at Peterson-Schriever Garrison, operating location Peterson Space Force Base. The 721st OG was originally activated Oct. 10, 2019 during a ceremony at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado.
MISSION
Execute premiere Space Electronic Warfare through sustainable operations to dominate the space domain.
VISION
Multi-organizational Space Electronic Warfare conducting and enabling operations in all domains.
UNITS WITHIN DELTA SEW
4th Space Control Squadron: Train, equip, and mobilize warfighters to employ space electronic warfare capabilities in order to support full spectrum national security objectives.
5th Space Control Squadron: Provide flexible and responsive space control capabilities to the Commander, US Space Command (USSPACECOM) in order to protect and defend national security space capabilities.
16th Space Control Squadron: Combat-ready Airmen defending the space domain with space control system for our Nation, the Joint force, and Allies.
Space Delta 3 Operations Support Squadron: Execute unmatched Training, Intelligence, Tactics, Operations and Mission support to America’s premiere Space Electronic Warfare group.
